Eighth & Hays offers nine house wines and features and a revolving list of 16 climate-controlled wines from across the globe. We pride ourselves on offering our patrons both the classic domestic wines and premium international wines not typically available in western PA establishments.

Eighth & Hays offers our guests ten signature cocktails. When creating our signature drinks, we use creativity, the finest liquors and the freshest fruits and ingredients.

We're only accepting reservations for parties of 6 or more. Reservations can only be made by phone (412-326-0009) or email (eighthandhays@gmail.com).
In the event you are unable to make your reservation, we kindly ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice for cancellations and please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Gratuity may be added to parties of 8 or more.
